Terrific comfort food. Everything I have ever ordered tastes great, and the portions are generous. Prices are very reasonable A very relaxed and good-natured environment. Service is always fast and with a smile. And did someone ask about desserts? You won't be disappointed with the large selection of yummy tasting delights. I don't hesitate to recommend this "down to earth" eatery, and it's casual "down home" fare.

Food is delicious and arrived hot and fresh. Veggie omelette yummy and perogies are homemade. Coffee is decent. Servers friendly. It’s the consummate “hold in wall diner” and the food definitely is worth it.

If you want to take the experience of a good poutine to another level this your place, westside cafe has been around for a lot of years,always offering super generous portions that going together with the taste and flavour, this old fashion cafe has a lot to offer if you are looking for a good Canadian meal experience!

This place is a beautiful hole in the wall diner! The service felt like a family dinner and the regulars where awesome!The portions were huge and it was real food not processed yuck!Good job guys will be back forsure

Delicious, homecooked food at a great price! I can see why this place is bustling and never empty at feeding times.Stepping into this restaurant is like stepping back into the 80's in a small town Cafe. The natural wood paneling, the thick plastic table covers, those vintage stackable vynil covered banquet chairs all have their charm and just brings you back to a simpler time. Just look at the food! That thick cut bacon, the big portions. They aren't stingy with the good stuff. Lovely, helpful staff too! You can see into the kitchen. This place hits different. I hear the cherry pie is where it's at, but they were out when I last visited. Maybe next time! They get all of my stars!

What a dive, but what a wonderful experience! We literally googled Poutine and this place came up. The food was wonderful, the servers were incredibly friendly, and we had a blast chatting with the locals. Don’t let the looks deter you. And if you are a handsome, friendly, single man, someone needs to snatch up Anna Lisa (eh!). Everyone made these Floridians feel welcome!

Don’t judge by first look at the place. Our server, Julie, was the best I’ve had in 20 years. The food portions were generous and very affordable. Home made pies! Banana cream and coconut cream, yum! The locals were super friendly and chatty. Great find as we were passing through town. They told us it’s the last diner in the Soo.
